YACHT PHOTOGRAPHY — We have been photographing luxury yachts for over 30 years, and here the same discipline of finding the right place at the right time gets far harder: the subject never holds still. It's not enough to time the right minute of the day — we're calculating and anticipating the right moment of encounter between the yacht and the light, often down to the second, a window that can open and close before you've finished the thought. Every image is built toward one thing: pushing the sense of luxury, and the desire to own what's in frame, as far as it will go.
